Is it possible to bulk out the juices/water with psyllium husk to add extra fibre and aid to the cleaning of the colon?

Rob, fiber is what you don't want while on your fast. The colon will get cleansed and hydrated just fine on the juices alone. When you start adding fiber to the mix you are kicking your digestive system back into gear and that's what you don't want.

I was 212 lbs before I started juicing, today I am 185 lbs and feel better than I did 10 years ago!
