I'm planning to start my fast next Monday, is there any prep I could be doing before hand? In all honesty its a bit academic as I'm going to a family wedding at the weekend, although it is on the Fri, so I have Sat/Sun to recover..
I'm planning 2wks, so I'm guessing the first couple of days will be the worst if past experience is anything to by, also I still can't convince my wife its a good idea, so that won't make it any easier
