First timer starting tomorrow

Hi there, my name is lisa, and I am begining my first fast tomorrow, have been shopping and am out to dinner tonight for my last blow out then I hope tomorrow is the start of a new way of life for me. My aims are cleansing and weight loss so fingers crossed

Lisa, welcome to JOJ and congrats on starting your juice fast! You'll do great! Keep me posted on your fast and let me know if you have any questions.

I was 212 lbs before I started juicing, today I am 185 lbs and feel better than I did 10 years ago!
