Will my juice keep its nutrients in a thermos?

I am juicing but must work. If I put my juice in an airtight thermos, can I drink it around 3 hours later?

I'm no expert (hopefully they will respond) but your'e better off with a masticating juicer for keeping juice longer (from what I've read). That being said 3 hours seems to be minimul. I don't know what, or how much would be lost or not, but I can't imagine it wouldn't be still healthy.

If your're worried about spoilage you could add a few ice cubes. The fake/plastic ones if you don't won't to dillute the juice.
