Thats a lot of produce

I've just started juicing, problem is i cant be going to the market every day so i bought enough to last me 3 days,its a mountain of produce that has to sit in a corner of the kitchen as it certainly wont fit in the refrigerator.
How do others handle all that much vegetable produce?
