Swimming whilst juice fasting

I'm looking to start a 5 day juice fast next week. I currently swim 4 days a week before work, will I still be able to keep this up, or should I give it a rest during this week? (2.5km/day)

Should supplement with additional protein powder? I use this currently after each swim as part of a breakfast smoothie.

T0ph0id, welcome to JOJ! While it's best to let your body rest and recover during the detox phase, you can continue your swimming. Just don't go to hard. Listen to your body. If your body is telling you its had enough, then cut back on the swimming for a while. You don't need to add in any protein supplements during your juice fast. You'll get plenty of protein from the veggies. Keep me posted and let me know how things turn out. I'm here if you have any questions.
