starting to live

Hello every one,iam starting on the 7 day plan tomorrow,at the start i am 21st 11lb,so i hope this is the start of a new me,my wife is also starting with me so we can both help each other,i am looking forward to it,and just hope i dont give in i really want this,ill let every one know how i go on.

Trund, welcome to JOJ and the forum! Congrats on making the decision to do juice. Set your goal and don't let anything get in the way. It's really great that you're wife is doing it with you. You two can hold each other accountable and keep each other motivated. Keep me posted! I'll be here if you have questions.
