Juicing Forum

Today I feel like crap,,feel like I am having a lot of detox issues again.I am on day 22 of a 30 day fast.I have been drinking plenty of water,and had 30 oz of juice so far,almost time for lunch.Not eaten anything,or know what the deal is.The only thing I can thing is I had a Kombucha juice lastnight as I was out shopping. Any ideas.I am down 20 pounds in 22 days which I am happy about,but not the aches and headache,ugh
