Hi All,

I'm new to juicing and have started the 7 day juice diet, fingers crossed. I've set a target of 8lb a week and intent on doing 7 days and then 7 days back on healthy solids(slowly back onto them) and then another 7 days juice diet and back on solids again. I am going to do this until I reach my optimum weight. Is this ok to do this way? I've stocked up on headache tablets just incase I need them. Also, can I get away with having a tin of tomato soup perhaps for lunch now and then? as this isn't a solid.

Hi Stu,

Hope its going well. Im doing something similar in that Im juicing through the week and eating at weekends ( a few social things had been arranged prior to me starting). Im no expert but my interpretation of juicing detox is to eliminate any processed eg pre-prepared foods so a tin of soup would fall into that cateagory, though I cant imagine it will do too much harm (though the juicing gods may well cast me down with an organic bolt of lightning)
