Juicing Forum

Anyone have experience with this? I picked about 4 lbs of ripe mulberries from our tree and put them through my Omega slow juicer. Juicer had a real hard time of it... First challenge it's ever had really. Anyway, the juice came out very thick, almost jellied or coagulated. In cleaning the juicer afterwards there were a few "lumps" of juice that were just hanging out around the auger not going anywhere... I could pick it up with my fingers, just tasted like mild mulberry juice though. I placed the juice in the fridge for the moment... Does anyone know what happened here? Is this coagulated state permanent?
