Juicing Forum

So I just started this juice fast. My dad did this a couple months back and lost 6lbs in three days. So I'm hoping this will help me lose an inch so I can fit back in my wedding dress. Was working or abs eating right, then the holidays happened and I gained it all back and then some. So far I think the juice is delicious,I've had morning glory and bruschetta tang. Definitely have a lack of energy and a small head ache, which might just be irritation from my fiancé saying how much he misses food. 😛 I'm glad we are doing this together though and have been reading the forums for support. Definitely had a dream about eating pizza hahah.
