Juicing Kale- suggestions?

I feel like I'm not getting the most juice out of my kale. Is there a technique you recommend? I went back and took the pulped kale out and put it through a second time and got more juice, so I'm wondering if bunching it, or something else helps?

If you're using a juicer that has a variable speed setting, make sure it's on high when juicing kale or spinach. You usually don't get very much juice out of kale but running the pulp through a second time works great for some juicers. I typically turn the machine off and make sure the kale or spinach is really packed tight in the juicer before I turn it back on. This helps me to get the most out of it.
