How much have you lost juicing?

I start my 2 week cleanse tomorrow and don't have the best support at home. I have 30 pounds to lose So needless to say I hope this really works so I can say neener neener 😉

So tell me, how much have you lost? How long has it taken you to lose the weight?

hi

its my 4th day juice fasting today

so i lost in 3 days 1.3 kilos/2.8 pounds and 0.8% fat

jenalexisg, you should create a post in the group fast section and record you daily activity, thoughts, complaints. I just started a couple days ago so I've only lost about 3.5 lbs and logging my journey there as well. My spouse and I are doing this together but one can never have too much support and I am willing to try and support you as well.
