Im new at juicing and Im on day three and Iam struggling! :(
Im a stay at home mom who makes all meals for my family (breakfast lunch dinner & snacks) so finding it really difficult to not want to eat....Iam motivated to lose some weight. Im 35yrs old about 5"3 and about 130pounds roughly (dont own a scale yet)....wanna slim down belly areas and tone up. Iam working out daily as well. But Im hungry and a little grumpy/frustrated not sure what to do about that....please help i dont wanna give in to temptations .

hello nicole,

you sound like you don't need to lose any weight. the first week is the hardest and i am on day 74 i think. i could lunch and dinner for my wife and i have no problem. juicing won't help you tone up. a personal trainer will. lol. i am down to needing to tone and no diet can do that. when you are hungry, juice again. what juices are you doing and what do you like an don't like?
