just seen the fat , sick and dieing last night on netflix and am going to give the juice fast a go , thing is im very busy and i have a few 30th birthdays this month and well in ireland it requires drinking so im going to do one day clense from hopefully tomorrow and next friday then hopefully do a week , im curently 5 foot 6 and 14 stone , i think thats about 100kg

but any tips on doing a one day detox or should i just get stuck in ?

i love water i drink plenty of it so downing extra water is no issue for me at all , i love fruit and veg too so i should be ok hopefully
