I am doing the 60 day juice diet that Joe Cross did on his show Fat, sick and nearly dead. I am keeping a journal of my experience in the form of a blog if anyone is interested in reading it please do!

I was 212 lbs before I started juicing, today I am 185 lbs and feel better than I did 10 years ago!
