Combining 1 week detox with training.

Hi!

I found this 7 days detox plan http://www.justonjuice.com/7-day-juice-fast-plan/#comments
And i train strength and wondering if this will be way to little nutrition to train.
Would i ruin the detox by adding a couple of protein shakes with water, Fish oil and Creatine?

Joak, welcome to JOJ. If you strength train you'll get more than enough nutrition but you will need extra protein. I would suggest that you use an unflavored protein isolate and mix some in each of your drinks.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of juice throughout the day. Considering you are training strength, make sure you have at least 6 juices each day. You'd be fine to take the fish oil, but avoid the Creatine. I'll be here if you have questions.

I was 212 lbs before I started juicing, today I am 185 lbs and feel better than I did 10 years ago!
