Best Juicing Books

I am considering a juice fast but wanted some more info.(plans, rules, problems). Let's just say I am a little bit OCD and need something in front of me.

Does anyone know what the best book to get for this?

Just joined the forum today and love how many people are posting all kinds of questions, I know I would be asking.

Honestly, the best thing you can do is to read up on line and browse forums. With a book you may get some decent info, but with forums you'll get 100% honest experience from people without any agenda. If you have any particular question feel free to post. I'm always here to help answer questions.
