Hey all! New here. First day on juice fast. I have been juicing on and off for a year but never tried a fast before. What are your thoughts of adding an avocado to a juice using a blender (after juicing)?

As far as taste, vitamins and healthy oils, it is a great idea, but you need to exercise caution when it comes to quantity since they do have a lot of fat.
