A few questions
on: February 13, 2014, 20:10

Hi - I posted these questions last week probably in the wrong section, so thought I would try again here

Can milk or yoghurt be taken when on a juice fast or are they a no-no ?

I tend to eat a banana prior to hitting the gym, are bananas considered a solid ? and should I stop eating them during the fast ?

I like the idea of the hot lemon drink 1st thing in the morning but prefer limes and would probably use them - would adding a bit of honey into it be a bad thing ?

I eat a fair bit of Porridge and Chia seeds (which are dry and wont juice but they do absorb fluid and turn into a gel not dissimilar to frog spawn) - are they to be avoided during a fast ?

Sorry for all the questions.....thanks in advance, Paul

Edited to add a couple more that my GP asked me :

Where will I get my carbs from ? - less worried about this as fruit & veg supply carbs
Where will I get my calcium from ?
