I will officially begin Monday November 3rd. Plan to do a 7 day to start with.
I weigh approximately 161, 5'6"
Hope to lose 20# eventually

thanks Donnie for having this informative encouraging site. I am working on getting my items together over this weekend & trying some of the recipes. Plan to buy a couple of glass pitchers with lids or quart jars to make daily batches for the 'hunger kickers' also.

Hi Millie,
I just found this forum today. I started a 7 day fast last Monday also. I had a slight headache for a couple of days, but nothing too bad. I get really full on the juice and water. I have to force myself to drink three big juices a day. I am 66, 5'2" and started at 148. I haven't weighed myself yet, that will be Monday morning. I plan to continue for another week. I'll be watching for your updates.
