Minimum 4 Days Juice Fast from Saturday 28th Sep 2013

I am going on another Juice Fast from Saturday 28th September 2013, aiming for at least 4 days in duration (1 day more than last time).

My main purpose for doing this is to complete my detoxification phase more thoroughly this time around. If the detoxification phase goes well for me this time, I will be extending the number of days that I will be on the Juice Fast, with the aim of losing more weight, improving my diabetic blood sugar level control, and improving my blood test results.

Ahhhh hello again I just wrote back to you on my other post! Lol I will join you! I am on day 3 and want to aim for at least 14 days.. I am 38 years old male 6 foot 2 I weigh 282 well I did 3 days ago lol I haven't weighed myself since...

Lets keep each other motivated! Do you have a short name for your name lol I think I see you use KK hope you don't mind if I use this..

Ok so you start tomorrow ! Lets do this ! This is my first time... S far so good... Still have cravings but surprising I am not that hungry..
