After a not so great week of TRYING to fast (anxiety got to me over some things)... a beach trip which involved going to a restaurant, and then taking advantage of a night without our son so of course going out to eat... I"m back on it. New goal is 250 lbs. :) It's a small goal but the small goals always work best. :) Working on flushing my system now of all the gross deliciousness I put in it. Found a lunch box that accommodates my juice cups so I can have juice at school next week.

I do have a question though.

Two days I was off and ate at restaurants. I also had soda but only at the restaurant. When at home and on the beach I drank water. Now I was 255. Now I'm 258? How do you gain 3 lbs. in 2 days? Mind you I drank juice for morning and a lunch so I didn't eat all day long. Just had big dinners. Is it the food still sitting in ME and it just needs to be flushed out? I just found that odd. It cannot be the scale. If it is I'm going to be mad. It's brand new. lol.

You gain 3 pounds because you've started adding solids back into your system. Those big dinner take a while to digest and most likely where still in your system when you weighed yourself. If you're goal is to lose weight you have to decide what is more important to you and make a plan to stick with your juicing. It's only going to help you and make you feel terrific! Keep at it and let me know how things turn out.

I was 212 lbs before I started juicing, today I am 185 lbs and feel better than I did 10 years ago!

Yea. I can't say I regret the night out with my husband. I enjoyed it. We had worked all day painting our bedroom and those nights are so far and few between when we don't have our son. Not going to beat myself up about it or be mad. Just get back on track. I'm not perfect and if I expect myself to be I'm gonna disappoint myself BIG TIME. Drinkings lots of water and looking forward to my nighttime Banana Pie Juice (I'm seriously in love with it. Bought another thing of bananas yesterday).

Something I can be proud about though if that after our beach trip... and after drinking coke at the restaurant... when we stopped in at my mother's I was dying for another coke. I had very very bad dry mouth because I have a BAD SUNBURN (lobster on my back). I drank 6 bottles of water instead. 😀

As long as you're back on track and doing what you can to make that adjustment, you'll be fine. I'm glad you got to have a fantastic night out with your husband. We all need to have a fantastic night every once in a while.
