Juicing Forum

I am a 21 one year old female, I weigh 300 pounds and I stand just shy of 6 foot @ 5'11" . I am very interested in starting a long term juice fast in an attempt to lose this weight. I want to go 100 days but Before I started I wanted to know if it is recommended. I don't want to harm my body in any way and after watching Fat sick and nearly dead by joe cross and doing a little research, I want to believe It will be good for me. I am just looking for a second opinion.
