which juicer?
on: January 15, 2015, 23:19

OK I have a big omega that basically does well with juicing but takes out all the fiber. I like it but it is a lot of work and worry about the fiber content. My friend is selling

http://www.amazon.com/review/R3EOYAHY8WRRT8/ref=cm_cr_dp_cmt?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B004VS31LC&nodeID=284507&store=kitchen#wasThisHelpful&tag=jus033-20

So should I stick with the omega and buy this other one? What woudl you do?

You're talking about two completely different juicer machines. The Omega will separate out the pulp, while the other juicer just mix everything together.

Main advantage of your Omega is that you can drink much more without feeling full. The Cuisinart machine retains all fibers which allows you to feel full much faster.

If you use your Omega you can get more nutrients into your body, in less time, than you can if you use a blender. The fibers you need you get through the usual healthy food you eat. So it simply depends on what you want.
