weight gain after juice fast??

Hello all! I'm just wondering how much you gained in the first day or two after a juice fast. I'm finishing a a seven day fast, my first one ever. Do you gain a few pounds back once you start solid food again? Of course, I don't intend to go back to old habits, but I don't want to gain back five pounds either. Thank you!!

Solid food in the gut generally weighs about 3-5 pounds, so it's normal to gain that ammount back just because you have something back in your gastrointestinal tract.
