Using Amazing Grass

I started the 14 day program 4 days ago> I was talking with my trainer today who introduced Amazing Grass, Amazing Meal mix. It is a blend of organic, raw, soy free, dairy free, and vegan fruits and vegetables. I'm wondering if it is ok to use this as well as direct juicing?
