Juicing Forum

JOJ, i love sugar cane juice...in my country we have people standing across the roads extracting & selling sugarcane Juice...and i normally have a glass once i come across one ( i haven't drunk it during my juice fast) I am just curious, can i Juice sugarcane while in a juice fast, i mean include it in my Juice recipes??? because to my knowledge sugarcane has a lot of sugar........
