Can I add in a liquid soup in for a meal when juicing?

the rule of thumb is no because canned soup has salt,preservatives,and additives in it. a true juice fast does not include outside soups. we do have a recipe section where i have a recipe for soup and there are other soup recipes under recipes. hope this helps.
