I finished my 60 day Juice Fast on Tuesday this week,lost 46 pounds and was feeling great.The next day I found out I have shingles,now taking an antiviral med.I am still juicing 80 % of the time,and eating a salad or fruit and veg for a meal.Does anyone have any good recipes for Shingles
