post juice detox .. on fruits .. cravings ..

​i am post a 10 day reboot ..

i love eating fruits & vegetables .. and would love to eat them all day ..
i wake up .. i drink 0.5 mL of water ..
hour or so later i eat fruits ..

and i can do that for half a day ..

but then i feel my body is asking .. craving for something .. not sure .. fruits are not enough ..

so i eat some rice with salt and extra virgin olive oil .. and i am all good ..

hmmm what do you think ..

what could it be .. that i crave .. that i need .. why?

what can i try?

i am hapy for any advice ..

I think you should not eat fruits first thing in the morning. Try brown bread, white eggs, corn flakes, a glass of milk as breakfast. Include fruits in your lunch. In fruits, I recommend you should try Acai Berry. Or Pure Acai Berry Juice. It is a huge collection of vitamins and nutrients your body needs on a daily basis. Then you won't get the cravings for anything.

I'm sorry that you felt that way. But please let me know the reason of me appearing to be an advertiser? I only tried to share my knowledge with you as I have heard many times that we should skip eating sugary things in the morning. It makes us feel sleepy. I can share with many articles on that if you require.
