Hi

i'm starting a juice fast (3day one) tomorrow.
This is all new to me and I'm not really doing it for weight loss (am 5'8 and around 138lbs). I want to clean my body after Christmas.

So a few questions:
- should I do a juice only 3 day fast or have a meal too
- how much weight could I drop on this
- I exercise for an hour or more every morning..can I keep this up (weights and cardio)

Claire, welcome to JOJ! If you want to get in a good cleanse then a 3 day will do you great. If you did want to incorporate a meal then make sure it consists of only fresh fruits and vegetables. The weight will vary for each individual based on health and starting weight. You may lose 3-9 pounds give or take.

You can exercise, just keep it light and don't over exert yourself.
