My progress

[b][/b]My first juice was 4 days, went well lost 7#/ my second juice i went 7 days Lost 10#. It was kinda spendy to do the juice fast for me, but worth it. I want to loose another 50#'s. I will do another 7 day soon/ Good luck to you all on your fast! David

hello dta,

good for you. i live in georgia usa and it costs me about 4.00 a juice which is not bad. keep it going but i did and am still on a 90 day which i DON'T recommend so break yours up and give yourself a break after each seven days or it will be hard to get on solids as i have found!

I don't want to take over this thread but can you elaborate on you challenge with solids? I am about to start a 90 day.
