I wondered if it is best to drink as a juice or eat as a soup?
Also can i add tabasco sauce?

Well, if I talk about soup, it is very heavy and if you consume soup then you may not feel hungry for some couple of hours. Whereas, juice is considered as a light beverage. You can have it even before the workout and can have your meals after drinking the juice. Since this is winter season, I recommend you should have hot soup.

Thanks for the reply Lucas, i went for the soup option twice a day and juice twice a day.
I have lost 8 lb in 3 days so very pleased so far.

I am very happy for you G that you lost so much weight in just 3 days. I always suggest people who are overweight to control their diet and do regular workout. I have helped around 10-15 people by just giving advices.
