I've read here and there that you "must" do enemas during a juice cleanse? Is this so?

no it is not. you will fully clean yourself out of waste during the first 2 weeks of a fast. trust me.

Right on! This is my first time and I'm aiming for just the 1 week as a start. Or well, 3-4 days first and then I guess I'll be wanting to carry on?

it depends on how you feel and what your willpower is. i prayed for god to give me the willpower and i did it 80 days which i don't recommend doing! do what makes you feel comfortable.
