Day One complete!

Hi there.. so today I have started the 7 day juice program. I am feeling headachy and lethargic; craving lollies and chocolate. I have discovered very quickly that any recipes with cucumber or celery in them are truly horrible. My question is: do I have to follow the recipe completely or can I alter it to suit my taste? For example, in the morning for breakfast I thought I would have carrot, orange and raspberries -without any greens. Is this okay? I know about the 80-20 rule but I know that if I have to have cucumber in every juice I am not going to last...

try an extra apple or pear instead of the cucumber

you need to replace the green vegetable with another green vegetable. adding more fruit will be too much sugar and you will gain weight. trust me as i gained weight. here is the substitution list:..

find something you like and stick with it. it took me a while to like the drinks but after a week, it was a breeze and i did straight juicing for 80 days.

if you don't need to lose weight, make any juice you want too.
