Clarification on amount - Cup of...

Can someone clarify how much roughly a cup of equates to?

1 cup of blueberries or
1 cup of grapes for instance

because over here our grapes come in a punnet approximately 500g http://www.ocado.com/webshop/product/Red-Seedless-Grape-Punnet-essential-Waitrose/24317011?from=shop&tags=|20000|19996&parentContainer=|19996_SHELFVIEW

is that 1 cup?

or is it simply a mug/glass full amount?
