I'm 5'0" and starting this at 220 pounds. I have had a hard time losing weight due to PTSD resulting in extra cortisol. I gained the majority of my weight during a complicated pregnancy where I had to rely on bedrest and a husband with no idea how to cook. Diabetes runs in my family. My husband and I are hoping to have a third child, but I cannot even contemplate it until I feel healthy again!
