Biographical Info:	I just got into juicing this month (July). I 've been doing a lot of research and feel this is the right route to go. I really enjoy it. In fact, today is my 3rd day on a 3 day juice fast. Im so proud of myself. This is the first step to healthy living and im excited, but a little scared. I do look forward to this journey.
