I am a 70 year old diabetic (type 2) I have lost toes, knees are replaced, no energy and I am also a sports psychology consultant who should know better. I am reaching out to start over and lose 80 lbs. I am not about to go on a diet I want to eat healthy and create a new life style. I am looking forward to this new adventure by juicing my way to health.
