Hi, I am 67 and don't feel as good as I should...Im about 15lbs over weight and I am really ready to do something about it.. I don't have any health issues that I know about. Don't have any energy, I am always tired. I watched the documentary called "Fat sick and almost dead. I don't think I am there yet but don't want to be either..I am retired and don't want to be a couch potato for the rest of my life...
