i started juicing a few months ago, i use it as my mid day/ preworkout drink and me and my roomate have taken it from roughly 20 items up to 27 items. wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on the drink i have chose to call The Healthy American.

Apples- 1
Asparagas - 8
Avocado - 1
Beets - 1
Blackberry - small handful
Blueberry- small handful
Broccoli - large handful
Brussel sprouts - 3 large
Cabbage - a handful
Carrots - 5-6
Cauliflower - small handful
Celery - 4-6 pieces
Cucumbers - 1 large
Eggplant - half
Grapes - large handful
Kale - two handfuls
Kiwi - 3
Lemon - 1
Lime - 1
Orange - 1
Pear - 1
Pomegranate - 1
Potato - 1
Squash - 1
Sweet potato - 1
Turnip - 1
Tomato - 1

i plan on adding more and looking for suggestions or any thoughts on the juice

Thanks for this amazing juice recipe. I love taking juice in the afternoon after lunch. Most of my colleagues take a cup of coffee. My favorite fruit juice is Tahitian Noni Juice since it has so many health benefits. Noni is highly acclaimed antioxidant rich fruit which is one of its own kind.

That's a pretty comprehensive ingredient list. it will keep your nutrients level up for sure.
