My wife just picked all of her rhubarb. Anyone have a recipe we can use?

Hangman, welcome to JOJ! Rhubarb is great to add into drinks in place of or with bitter fruits such as raspberries, lemon, lime and grapefruit.

This is also a good recipe to try
8 Carrots
1 Cup Of Sliced Rhubarb
1 Large Fresh Mint Sprig
1 Lemon Wedge (peeled)
