Cut the carrots into smaller pieces, about 2-3 inches long, which makes them more manageable for a blender or juicer. If you're using a blender, place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, adding a splash of water or fresh squeezed orange or apple juice if needed to get the blender moving.
