Do you juice Kale stems or JUST the leaves?

I might be doing it wrong since my juices with kale have a strong kale/onion/spicy after taste to them. Also, do you peel your cucumber while juicing? Thanks

If the kale is too strong for you try replacing it with spinach or romaine lettuce. As far as the cucumbers go, don't peel them but make sure you clean them good.
