Thanks so much for the soup ideas it has really helped me keep on track. I warm up the veggie juices, put it in a bowl and sit down at the dinner table. This fools my mind into thinking it's enjoying a meal. Love it.

It's funny how just warming up a juice can fool your mind into thinking it's more of a solid meal than a juice. Glad it worked for you!

I was 212 lbs before I started juicing, today I am 185 lbs and feel better than I did 10 years ago!

Thank everyone so much for the ideas, I am the same to Eh Hasan that I always stuck at dinner ideas and this helps me very much! Well noted and will try them.
