Started my Juice Fast .... May 9

Ok. So... I've been contemplating this for a while due to out of control eating and just feeling horrible. I woke up May 8 with intentions of eating healthy........NOT I ate horrible. I was angry with myself.....and 1 pm after consuming a horrible lunch I said enough is enough. Drank water the rest of the day. Woke up yesterday and started juicing. Last night .....headache out of this world, so I went to bed early. Woke up this morning feeling pretty great ! Day 2 !!! I hope this lasts !!!!

Congratulations on your decision!
I just started a juice cleanse today and I will be continuing it for 15 days.
I'm not sure how long you are planning to juice for, but it would be nice to have someone to swap stories with.
I feel great right now, but it's only Day 1. LOL Hopefully I can avoid the dreaded headaches.
