I am 5 ft 143.3 lbs. I am juicing to lose about some weight and to be healthier. I need to lose about 25-30 lbs. I don't know how long I will juice. I am going to just go with the flow and see what happens and how I feel.

hi breezed,bad luck for both of us,i had intense diarrhea yday and today so i forced to quit.lost 3 kilos tho in this one week + the detox so i am happy with it.

mabe you should get better first and then try again the juice fast.thats what i would do.
