Juicing Forum

Well, I'm new to the site and in desperate need of support! I have been wanting to do a 30 day juice fast for the past 2 years and yet I always seem to find an excuse not to. Enough is enough. I am my own worst enemy and that has to change! I think that now that I have put myself out there so to speak I will be able to finally follow through. So who's with me??? Anyone else looking for someone to hold them accountable??

starting 30 days juice fast today
lets keep in touch and motivate each other and hope we all do well.
starting with joes mean green juice, but i like mint as well, so will be adding mint as well.
i did fruits, juice, cleanse with 2 teas a days for last 4 days, still get lot of headaches, i am a migraine sufferer, and 25 pounds more than my ideal weight.
we will hold each other accountable.
