Juicing Forum

Hi everyone! I started a juice fast today and am doing good! 😀
I have only done one other fast and I only lasted 5 days. That was still more than I thought I would last, and I lost 10 lbs and have kept it off for a couple months. So I decided to do it again!!!!! I am not going to put a number on how long, I am just going to try to go until I can't anymore. My husband will be starting with me this weekend, but we don't know anyone who juices so any friends or encouragement/advice would be GREAT!!!!
